AI HoldCo Command Center - Tracker

If, for 21 days, we manually turn the scattered project information of 3-5 people who each manage 6 or more AI projects into one centralized holding view, reviewed with them on Days 12 and 17, then at least 2 of the 3 will make at least one concrete portfolio decision based on that view (grow, maintain, adjust valuation, kill or spin out) and ask for the view to be updated again.

What we’re testing

The idea

Many AI projects. No unified portfolio picture.

People with many AI projects have information scattered across Lovable, GitHub, Stripe, Google Drive, Notion and email. They cannot see what they own, where value is created or where their attention goes.

The manual MVP

The founder acts as the software.

For 21 days, the founder collects that information by hand for 3-5 people who each manage 6 or more AI projects, and builds one centralized holding view for each.

The two questions

Clarity that leads to a decision.

1) Clarity: with unified view, can the owner name their most valuable project and the project that is stalled, without opening any other tool? 2) Decision: within 21 days, does the owner make at least one real decision about a project (grow, sell or change valuation) that they say they would not have made without the view?

Input, Process, Output

Input

Each person's project information from Lovable, GitHub, Stripe, Google Analytics, Drive, Notion, email and the interview

Process (manual)

Collect it; write one asset profile per project; classify stage, role, value, attention and direction; combine into one view; update weekly

Output

One holding view per person, two reviews, a weekly portfolio update on Day 15, decisions logged
